'Really great place! It’s pretty fancy for Des Moines, and the atmosphere was excellent. The only thing that threw me off a bit was seeing a homeless man sleeping next to the broken down elevator and the door to the skywalk. Nothing against him you have to do what you have to do but it was a little unexpected and felt out of place with the upscale atmosphere the building was trying to create. Very clean! The amenities that are available are nice also with a great location'

'The front desk staff were very helpful with the many problems we ran into at the property. First, we had mice running through our hotel room. That already threw us off, but we tried to enjoy the stay and hoped we were imagining things. Kids kept banging on our door and waking our newborn. We reported it to the front desk; the woman there wanted to help, but there wasn’t much they could do. After the constant banging sent our baby into a full crying fit, we had to leave. She refunded our stay.'

'Honestly the air conditioning works good until night time it shuts off but the tv doesn’t work whatsoever, tried YouTube, no connection, tried Netflix that doesn’t work, tried just connecting my phone for hours and multiple issues just ended up watching the channels which was alright I guess'
