'Excellent location at the airport. Good restaurant which good variety of food. Moreover, they make a mean pisco sour. Room was spacious Among the airport hotels in Santiago, this is your best choice. It is a bit more expensive but it is worth the extra money.'

'Clean, new, convenient, location great. Really good price!'

'Very good hotel. Good breakfast. Good bed'

'Friendly staff good food, good facilities, clean and centrally located'

'The staff at the bar was hardly ever there when needed. The staff from the reception, adjacent to the bar refused each and every time to help out and told me go look for the bar-staff or wait. This happened 7 days in a row'

'The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was amazing near the Costanera Center, highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Santiago. Would definitely go back :)'

'Nice hotel, in a very attractive neighbouurhood (Lastarria). Close to metro (Belles artes) and city center. Very good breakfest, made to order with a lot of choices. Excellent staff.'

'Alles was goed. Transfer naar het hotel liet op zich wachten, maar toch zeer vriendelijk.'

'This hotel is really great!! Very nice crew, everything well arranged, delicious breakfast and the rooftop (bar/restaunt) was a very nice place to stay, excellent for dinner and drinks! '

'W Santiago beantwoordt aan alle verwachtingen van dit type high-end hotel : efficiëntie, comfort, betrouwbaarheid, aangenaam enz.'

'+ leuk hotel, goede locatie. - zeer klein en ijskoud zwembad - art deco valt wat tegen - raar: bij entree moet telkens een personeelslid naar de voordeur lopen. - airco maakt herrie. Raam open zetten geeft nog meer herrie'
