'The property is set up to be a great vacation place. However, the swimming area is poor. My 7 year old could never get to do anything. The small slides are only open every other hour. Then the slides closed completely at 7:00. So unless you plan to stay at the property all the time it’s hard for the little ones to get to slide.'

'We have stayed here a couple times. It's a great family destination. I found the front desk people rude this time. I don't also understand why it takes soooo long to check in? Most hotels check you in within minutes. But overall, our stay once again was incredible. And will be back again next year'

We had just two issues felt our room air conditioner was working as well as should room didn’t get cold enough for us Another the sink had a leak below. We did contact manager and they had some one take a look and try to fix it but they couldn’t so they switch our room and they gave us a food and beverage credit which I thought was really nice ! 'Een heerlijk hotel,prima en zeer schone kamer.ontbijt was goed het hotel is voor iedereen dus ook veel kinderen..hou er rekening mee dat als je rust wilt dit dan niet het perfecte hotel is.er is altijd wel iets van geluid van bezoekers.dit vond ik niet storend. 'This property is poorly maintained and honestly feels like a slight upgrade from an asylum as it looks nothing like the pictures advertised on Expedia. 'The property was the perfect location to enjoy the shops and restaurants in Gatlinburg. The facilities and atmosphere were wonderful. The TVs were a little dated in that you cannot stream from device but it did have cable. The rooms were spacious and bathrooms/shower were modern and very nice. We had a great vacation and would stay there again.'
