'Fab stay at CitizenM Boston Back Bay. Amazing welcome and great room concept which worked well for us (a couple) for a few nights. Loved the light bright rooms and the huge window with some great views over the city. The housekeeping was also great while we were there. Enjoyed the social lounges and outside terraces as well. Location worked well for us, would use again and would also look at CitizenM options in other cities in the future.'

'Everything looked beautiful, and it was all very clean. The building was old, so there were some things that are old, but that gives it the charm. We parked at Copley Square Mall. '

'Prima verblijf op een goede locatie. Heerlijk comfortabel bed, waardoor we zo over de jetlag heen waren. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was goed. Enige jammere was dat er geen ontbijt was en dat het restaurant dat er was vrij prijzig was. '

'There are better options in Boston. There was no fridge in the room, there is a coffee machine in the room but only tea available, the coffee place downstairs was always very crowded and has limited breakfast options (good pastries though). Staff was ok but didn’t bother asking how the stay was, and on the last day there were 3 hotel doormen at the front entrance but still a person managed to get in and bother us in the lobby. Positives: good bed, shower, quiet rooms'
