Kies je hotel in Town of Yates

'The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great.'

'No ac and you could have the lights on and windows open or the bugs would invade the home'

'We had a wonderful time, the host was very helpful and friendly. The view of the Lake was beautiful and the many visits to the Golden State Park and Marina were enjoyed by myself and the dogs. We also visited the Yates Town Park which was just down the road a short drive. My husband and son went fishing and came back to a warm and cozy cottage! We loved it!!!'

'Clean, warm, user friendly, beautiful lake views!'

'This property was amazing! Super clean and had everything we needed! Host was amazing and went above and beyond to get us lighting on the first night power outage! Kids brought us over some sparklers for our children, soooo nice of them! They gave us info on good places to see the fireworks and festivities of the weekend! Definitely a very comfy homey environment! Highly recommend this comfy cabin!'

'We had a great time at this property. We were 8 adults, slept comfortably in each room with our own air conditioning. The property has a beautiful view of the lake-great to wake up to each morning. We didn’t feel like we were right on top of the neighbors as well, though they were nice. The main floor has a large kitchen, dinning, and living room space that is all open and connected which was a plus - didn’t feel cramped with 8 of us. And it was stocked with all the kitchen supplies you could...

'Our family had a great day! The home was well-maintained and quite cozy for a family of four. Very close to the water. Had a great experience! Would absolutely recommend this to others.'

'This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. There is no words to describe the filth, smell, and questionable blood looking stains all throughout the hotel hallways and walls. After receiving our room key and going up to our room on the fourth floor we immediately noticed a few things out of the ordinary including: smashed counter in the bathroom, blood stains in the bathtub, stains on the bed sheet, a broken door lock, and no pull-out couch that we had originally booked. We went...

'On site parking, clean rooms and a friendly staff.'

'Having a hot tub in the room was great! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool area needs to be cleaned up.'

'The hotel was renovating, I really wish that hotels would mention renovation in the description. At first, we were given a room next to the renovation and the lady at the desk said they were only busy for a couple of hours that day. Since we booked for a few nights, and the renovation would continue the next day, we asked for a different room as far as possible from the noise. Luckily there was a room available where the noise could not be heard. Rooms were comfy and clean, Breakfast was amazing...

'The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The only complaint was the cleaning service. The cleaning lady knocked on our door 3 times prior to checkout at 11am. We told her the 1st time we were not leaving until 11. It was quite rude!'

'Just stayed overnight but the rooms were clean and the staff were great! Love the free parking as well and there is a gas station and variety store on the property so very convenient. Also a Target, Marshall’s etc very close which was a bonus!'

'Breakfast was not good the breakfast sandwhich was not cooked the egg was frozen not even cooked nor was the sausage it was like whoever was in charge did not attempt to prepare it right the waffle maker had no oil so the mix stuck to the grill other than that bed was soft comfy it was clean and quiet'

'The rooms were not very clean. Walls had chipped paint no mirror in the bathroom exposed wiring where a light was lamp by the bed was broken. Beds were not very steady and very noise. Coffee tasted terrible. Only one roll of toilet paper. Oky Two of every towel. No staff around to get any supplies besides early in the morning.'

'The only reason I give it a three star is because the rooms AC couldn't be controlled, we tried turning it down but the room remained a bit warm the entire night.'

'I opted for non-smoking but smelled the smoke once get in the room. I have reported it and got some amount as refund as the non-smoking room is unavailable. Otherwise it’s ok.'
