'Host was great, place was great, had everything we needed. I stayed here with 5 of us. 34,34,14,14 &6. Was perfect for all of us. Host made everything easy for us as well. Pool was nice too. I would love to stay here again.'

We love the midtown location, as some of our favorite OC restaurants are around here, and the beaches are not as busy as the boardwalk and high rise areas. Communication was clear and timely. 'The wife and I took our sons on their first vacation and this rental was a perfect location to experience OCMD. It wasn’t too close to the boardwalk to be bothered by the late night noise, but just a short morning walk to setup shop on the beach. We would recommend a stroller or wagon for children as the walk can be taxing on them. The unit had plenty of room for my in-laws to stay with us and provide the extra support we needed. 'Just returned from a wonderful stay. This unit is clean, close to the beach and has a beautiful view of the ocean and the bay. The bathrooms have been beautifully updated. It is close to restaurants, shopping and mini golf. Communication from the management company (specifically Kelly) was fantastic. She is extremely responsive and very kind. The linen package was a nice addition.'

'The place is beautiful with a great view! The only issue we had was the host wanted to charge extra for an early check in. With the amount of money it cost to rent this condo, there should not be an additional fee for early check in. It should be offered if it is ready, but we could get in until 4. '
