'It's a little gem!! Lovely location in Lincolnshire, near enough for the main birdlife sites. Run by Emma and Mark, a super friendly couple. The garden room enables a great space to sit in and relax, away from the bedroom. Breakfast was super-tasty and just the right amount of food. Great little home from home. 'We loved the Leagate Inn! We stayed in a dog friendly room for 2 nights. We couldn't fault anything; it was very clean, comfortable & cosy. Staff were all friendly & helpful. We had breakfast both mornings which was freshly cooked & delicious & dinner on Saturday evening, also delicious & service was excellent. 'A very pleasant stay, staff were very friendly & the food was excellent. lovely bar area & nice quiet rooms of good size. Overall a good experience, just 2 little niggles. The restaurant could have a black pepper mill as a choice, & the room TV's could be slightly larger. My compliments though.'

The decor was a bit dated, but overall quite clean, all the essentials and complimentary coffee and water which was great.
