Property is clean and warm, lamp lights were already on when we checked in at 7PM, communication from host was very clear with door code and response was prompt when parking pass can not be located. You can tell the management team put a lot of thought to make guest warm hearted. Spices and utensils are pretty complete, first aid kits are at door and bathroom closets. 'This property is a great place for a family vacation. It is well-equipped with all the necessities. It is conveniently located to Banff. The host is quick to respond and easy to contact. I would highly recommend this place.'
