'The location was perfect for walking to the Metro and places to eat. It felt very safe, even walking at night. We enjoyed being so close to the Washington and Old Dominion Trail and rented bikes from a nearby Capital Bikeshare station to explore. 'I stayed 2 nights at the Cozy Getaway and it was exactly that—super nice, comfortable, and just as pictured. Perfect for 1–2 travelers, maybe even with one kiddo. Kimberly, the host, communicated well, was attentive, and very friendly. My favorite part was definitely the porch—it made the whole stay feel extra relaxing. The place was spotless, and the location is great with good food within walking distance.I’m almost hesitant to share how much I liked it because I definitely plan to come back!'

'The studio was fully equipped. It’s not a standalone cottage (even though the listing makes it look like one) — it’s actually attached to two other homes, and you can hear noises at night. The park is right next to a busy main road, and the traffic is loud day and night.
