'The room smelled bad! The space was microscopic. We had to work when we were there and the table wasn’t a table more like a 4 inch ledge. Altogether, we won’t be going back to Tru hotels…ever. Staff wasn’t mean or anything just very un-helpful. And uninterested in helping. We had to ask all the questions: What is our room number? Where are the elevators? When is breakfast? When is checkout?'
