'I absolutely loved our stay! The host was very communicative and helpful. Offered suggestions for the event I wanted to use it for, and even kept in touch periodically for our needs. The property is great; perfect for the Ring Dunk and has just the right amount of space. Home is decorated beautifully, but we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy it further. Many amenities and little tools for the guest.'

Though this home is new, neighborhood was older, but felt very safe and was very quiet. Would definitely rent this property again.'

'This house is the perfect place to stay in Waco. It is tucked in a beautiful neighborhood with close proximity to downtown Waco and Baylor. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed the bonus of off street parking and a beautiful private patio. Communication with the owner was great too. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!'

'We stay in a lot of vacation homes and I’ll have to admit, this one was everything promised and more. It was just as pictured, clean, convenient, and stocked well beyond the average. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, snacks, etc. I would most definitely pick this exact house on our next visit. Absolutely perfect and the owner/management know what it takes to make a carefree vacation experience a reality.'

'This place was excellent! Me and a few coworkers had a big project to take on that took a couple weeks. This place made us feel like we never left our homes. To be able to relax, cook dinner and have our own private rooms was perfect. Gayla, was an awesome host with simple instructions for checking in and out. Could not ask for a better host. I certainly would use this property again for any extended stays.'

It was close to Magnolia and other downtown locations, so we could walk. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. I felt more secure since we could park our cars inside the gated back yard.
