'Our three days were magical as our stay was to celebrate my husband’s 82nd birthday. Although all the staff was great, Anne at the front desk was exceptional! I had the opportunity to see her interactions with various visitors while I was sitting in the lobby and her attention to make everyone feel special with a huge smile and professionalism.
