'This house was absolutely perfect. We had plenty of room for parking including the truck and boat trailer. The rooms are beautiful and the entire home is spacious. Having the private dock right in front of the house is so nice. The location is perfect, right next to the boatyard restaurant/bar and within walking distance from so many other places. 'I had to pay extra charge of 500. Very disappointed. We pay for the house that includes the fee and everything. I never been to the house kind of situation before. My friend was late 2 hr or so and I had to pay additional 500. That's a lots of charge. Very disappointed with this stay'
