Because of this lack of communication, we were left waiting with no way to access the property and ultimately had to book a hotel at the last minute. 'Nice place! Comfortable bed and couch complete with cozy blankets. Like that there is a small gym to be able to walk without having to brave the Ohio winter cold. Plenty of good quality linens for my 10 night stay. Also very responsive to messages. Thank you for a great stay!'
