'Our stay was nice overall, but the dinner situation was unnecessarily complicated. Due to the weather, staff rescheduled our reservation at Boca Steakhouse. Unfortunately, one hostess was extremely unprofessional, insisting we had no reservation despite it being rebooked by your staff. 'Westin In San Jose Del Cabo is amazing. Resort is designed beautifully, clean with all the conveniences you need. Yoga in the morning, excellent gym, deli on site with great coffee or any other groceries you may need. Many restaurants on site too. Pool bar, and plenty of organized activities, with Alicia, Sebastian and Perlita brining joyful energy to many activities.'

One particularly disappointing experience was with Tatiana at the steakhouse, who was extremely dismissive. Additionally, the constant pressure from...

'The stay was amazing. Check in was fast, security guard was so friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tubs were relaxing. Plus it was by a delicious burrito place and oxxo.'
