'I have stayed here many times over the last 35 years. I was born and raised in Dunedin. This property has so much potential but is fairly run down and in need of renovation. The location is great as it's Central to many restaurants & businesses in Downtown Dunedin. It's also on the water w/beautiful sunsets and views of Barrier Islands. The swimming pool available for guests is a nice size but is in desperate need of resurfacing. We enjoy the Marker 8 bar for its drinks and there's also live...

'Fijn verblijf..dicht bij het strand, restaurants en bars. Heerlijk verwarmd zwembad. Goede service. Je kunt aangeven wanneer je je kamer verschoont wilt hebben..handdoeken kun je buiten de deur leggen en worden snel vervangen. Je kunt ook handdoekken pakken voor het zwembad en strand, ideaal. Wij hadden een kitchenette, erg fijn. Koffie kun je heel de dag door pakken in de lobby.'

'Great place to stay with the family. Rooms were clean and spacious. Parking was easy. Walkable to many stores and restaurants. Very close to the beach, and the hotel has everything needed for your beach day: towels, chairs, umbrellas, floaties, and sand toys.'

'Like: Great unit. It was clean, had kitchen necessities . Outstanding Location with water view from pool deck and a very cool downstairs tiki bar. Trolley to Clearwater outside entry. Only dislike: no direct water access or dock. I felt like photo was pre hurricanes. '

'Mooi gelegen en ruime appartementen maar met weinig comfort ingericht. Zwembad is erg klein maar de zee is dichtbij. Personeel was onaardig, maar dat kan een moment opname zijn. Kortom niet slecht maar ook niet iets om naar terug te gaan. '
