'Nice and calm hotel in the hotel-zone Cancun. Very nice and clean beach. Staff is very helpfull. Would defenitly reccomend it! '

'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'

'The property doesn't respond to repair issues. One short text would have been appreciated. This property is not currently handicapped equipped. There is construction that has closed the elevator to access the pool, beach and restaurant. '

'The property was nice but the staff was the problem the concierge was basically non existent they tell you to text or call so that they can arrange dinner reservations or anything else you need but they never responded at all and we had to go find a concierge to book our dinners also we called for room service the line is always busy and when someone does answer they put you on hold and then the line hangs up then at checkout we had issues with the checkout and there is no one to help like a...

'Would recommend but be aware. Area under construction and can have plumbing problems out of their control, even the ocean view rooms will be over looking an over grown empty lot. That said everything else was great! The area is fun and walkable, room was clean and well kept, and service was excellent and issues were dealt with quickly and easily. '

'While the room itself was nice....the location is terrible. There is a view of the ocean, but it's across the street...so it's an ocean view but not ocean front. There is a gas station right beside the room...constant lines of traffic. there is a speed bump right in front, so all vehicles slow down. Two bright street lights shining into the room all night. I would certainly not recommend and def would not stay there again.'
