'Room was absolutely beautiful with picturesque views. Room was exactly as shown during booking. Property is very clean and quiet. Gali, Ramses and Adriana were always present to make sure my stay was comfortable. They were great to talk with and excellent resource to good food spots. I will definitely come back here.'

'Staff unfriendly at check in. Most places were not open. All rooms were rented had issues, chili g smoke detectors, that took two days to fix, broken phone, toilet and shower. Room decor for birthdays were not done, mine said happy honeymoon and I came solo. Just overall very dissatisfied with this resort. They need customer service help.'

'The property doesn't respond to repair issues. One short text would have been appreciated. This property is not currently handicapped equipped. There is construction that has closed the elevator to access the pool, beach and restaurant. '

'Nautibeach is in een woord geweldig. Wij hadden een appartement op de begane grond. De inrichting was wat verouderd, maar de rest maakte dat meer dan goed. Geweldig zwembad en strand voor de deur. Evenals een goed restaurant. Verder alles op loopafstand.'

'The shower flooded day1, safe was unuseable, fridge froze our food, oven didn't work, sewer smell emitting from bathroom sink, no sheet change for 9 days, only 1 set of beach towels provided, room was very shabby and not updated. I have pictures. No secure place to leave our luggage while waiting for our taxi on our last day. My guest will be doing a review on Google and I will probably never use Expedia again without some explanation or compensation. We met other guests that were not happy...

'Great location - steps from the beach and minutes from the main strip/restaurants etc. The unit was clean and just as advertised. The small pool was perfect for our young kids. The host was friendly and helpful - she provided beach chairs and toys upon request.'

'While the room itself was nice....the location is terrible. There is a view of the ocean, but it's across the street...so it's an ocean view but not ocean front. There is a gas station right beside the room...constant lines of traffic. there is a speed bump right in front, so all vehicles slow down. Two bright street lights shining into the room all night. I would certainly not recommend and def would not stay there again.'
