'The airport shuttle was really nice and wasn’t stressful at all, the food was great, our favorite was oishii!! The staff was really nice!! We wished the pool was a little warmer but otherwise we loved our experience.'

'We value the beach very high for these types of trips and the beach was full of seaweed for most of the trip and the water felt a bit rough (very wavy). Not necessarily the hotels fault and on less windy days, the hotel cleaned the seaweed pretty well. However, I would go to a different area next time in search for calmer and cleaner waters. The hotel was comfortable and clean, but we didn't like the food as much and the quality of the drinks was inconsistent (sometimes good, sometimes bad)....

'The room is very nice and spacious, had a great ocean view which was unobstructed. We used all the items in the room and they would clean/replenish daily. We had a little leak in the room and they fixed it the same afternoon that we told them about it. The staff were very attentive and super helpful when asking questions. They gave a lot of recommendations on the drinks/food and local activities. The beach was very clean, nice waves but nothing too dangerous. Pools were beautiful, well kept, and...
