'I’m giving this property and stay 5 stars as this host provided us with a place to stay during graduation weekend that is so convenient to campus (and was around the corner from my sons apartment ) for a respectable price. The unit has a kitchen, small dining space and enough room for ourselves and daughter to sleep. Thank you for your hospitality. '

They thought of even little details as k-cups, a few snacks in a basket, creamers, tea, extra bathroom essentials just in case you forgot a toothbrush/tooth paste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion. '5 college friends stayed here for a weekend and we had an excellent time. Plenty of bedroom space. Very clean. (My friends were pleased that I hooked us up with such a nice place!) Loved having a full kitchen with everything we'd need. I will definitely look into staying there on my next trip to Cortland!'
