'The outdoor areas were just as described nice hot tub and game area was enjoyed by all. The pond was quite a distance and we never found the tennis courts and community pool until the last day of our stay we learned it was located in the neighborhoods to each side of the one the house is in. The beach is more like a 30 min walk thru unfamiliar communities, with no signage or directions along the way. The house itself appears to be a fixer upper with a poor paint job in several of the rooms...

The pool and hot tub were highlights as they were a great place to hang out for our varied age groups. The kitchen and entire home were well-stocked. 'The home was in a great location with an easy walk to the beach and the canal being right out the back door. The pool and hot tub were in great shape and enjoyed by everyone in our group. The common areas were spacious enough for family dinners, movie nights, and game nights. There were so many common areas that it also provided spaces for people to go if they wanted privacy for things such as reading. It was nice having access to all of the beach and pool toys. I definitely recommend.'
