'Great view of lake and Nevada from our 13th story window. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room to roam. Interesting fact we had to bathrooms in our room with 2 toilets and a shower in one and a bathtub shower in the other.'

'We got the partial lake view, which was nice, our room over looked the dance floor and event tent. There was a loud wedding going on one night we were there, however to our surprise once we closed our balcony door, we could hardly hear the party at all. It is also worth noting that the party was promptly over at 10pm, which is the hotel's quiet hour. The pool and spa were very nice as well. There is a tiki bar on the beach, a nice restaurant on the pier with a great view of sunset. '

'Prachtig hotel. Kamers ongelofelijk ruim, schoon en van alle luxe voorzien. Er is een keukentje met koffie en theevoorziening en koelkasten. Leuk zitje met tv. Badkamer zeer luxe grote douche, bubbelbad, dubbele wasbak en verwarmde wc bril. Airco die geruisloos is en prachtig balkon met heerlijk zitje of ligbedden. Prachtig zwembad met heerlijke ligbedden. Bij elk bezoek kun je heerlijke schone badlakens pakken en flesjes koud water. Strand is op steenworp afstand. Het gehele resort is...

'Great cozy cabins!'

'Hotel ligt ver van alles af in een bos, tegen een berg. Er wordt vermeld door Expedia dat er een restaurant is. Er is een mogelijk voor -dinning- met de groepen, die daar zijn voor conferentie centrum! Dus geen a la carte eten. Wijhebben met de groep gegeten, maar geen alcohol! De groep wilde dat niet, dus kregen wij het ook niet! Het ontbijt was goed, maar wel aan heel grote ronde tafels met de voor ons onbekende groep!!!! 'The 2 bedroom villa was very convenient, right next to the gondola. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need. I hope to stay here again next year!'

'Host is amazing and responds quickly to any inquiries. This was my third time staying here with the Ackerman's as host. They are the best! Areas of the property have had recent renovations since last year. We keep coming back to the Ridge as it is our home away from home. It is very close to Boulder Lodge, and Stagecoach is right next door! We love it at the Ridge, with the Ackerman's as host!'

'Weer een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij the Americana Village. Het is een leuk complex en we hadden een mooie ruime kamer met keukentje, (eet)tafel en bank. Op loopafstand van Heavenly Village waar genoeg te shoppen en te eten is. Ontbijtfaciliteit had iets beter gekund.'

'Location on the beach was perfect, love that they have patio furniture, fire pits and bbq’s. Only downside was paddle boards, no where to safely store them. But the staff came up with a solution that wormed. Units were really big, so much space. Great stay!'
