'Very nice hosts and easy access to everything that makes Lido a wonderful vacation spot'

'Very clean and accommodating. Location was great with shopping needs within minutes. Beach was not too far and easy to get to. We went to Siesta Beach which is very close and also went to Lido Beach which was a little bit more of a drive but not bad at all. Of the two beaches we preferred Lido.'

'This gem is located in the center of multiple horse farms! Centrally located to everything you’ll want to see or do, including beaches, Dearborn Street, beachside dining, etc… Owners home is in front of cottage but not so close it feels on top of you. We met them and they are very nice and have a beautiful family. We loved petting one of their horses (you’re free to just wander the area around the cottage) and being a farm girl myself, I loved the roaming chickens and fresh eggs the owners...

'The Carriage House was impressively clean and orderly, and centrally located near so many Sarasota sites. It's walking distance to the farmers market, SelbyBotanic Garden, the Main Street with many restaurants and shops, as well as near the waterfront and general downtwon area. It has a wonderful host who provided very helpful information and was quick to respond to questions. Highly recommended.'

'The cottages were very nice, the in room entertainment (tv) reception was terrible, 2 remotes, only direct tv remote worked, the streaming remote never worked, limited to none on viewing options, disappointing.'

'Like access to the restaurant and pool. Been 2 years in a row. Very clean, and staff was great! Both years parade people took over the pool. Unfortunately, rules were not followed in the pool area. '

'This room was comfortable for myself and my two children 9 and 7. The beds were comfortable and new. The sheets didn’t stay on the mattresses very well though. The dresser and nightstand had more than adequate storage space for clothes for a week. Mugs, cups and silverware were available and a large refrigerator. The location was easy to access beaches and stores nearby. The tiki bar is delicious and we tried several food items and they were great. The service was fairly slow whether it was busy...

'For a single person this is just right. The homeowners were very kind and welcoming. Excellent bathroom. Loved the shower. Not far from the beaches. Great place for me to be by myself and attend baseball Spring training games'

'Property was fine. There were hangers but no rod to hang them on. Also, no real place to hang wet towels. The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. WiFi was pretty bad but not anything the owners can do about that.'

'This was a basement room with an add-on kitchen. Nothing like pictured. Not very clean. Not really any waterfront view or access. Your grandma might like it. '

'Great location at the quieter side of Siesta Key beach. Private beach access with lounger hire. Hire costs were maybe a little bit expensive. Free car parking and laundry facilities availability. Regular free trolley bus transport into downtown Siesta Key available.'
