'This property is in a perfect location: easily walkable to the beach and easily walkable to the village. The host provides beach items (chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and a trolley) towels and even a few toiletries if you forgot something. The property is clean and well furnished. The bedrooms rely on portable a/c units and fans, which can be a little noisy, but help keep the rooms cool in the intense Florida heat. Unit is a bit old, and furnishings are def worn and have seen better days (living room furniture especially) also the kitchen ware, etc. is minimal, silverware etc, what is there is very old and needs to be replaced.
