'We (3 adults and a Dalmatian) rented the Cozy Cabin for 10 days. It was great. There was enough space for our stuff and for us to relax and sleep comfortably. The bed sleeps 2 and there’s an air mattress for the third person. The cabin itself is nice, and the view is beautiful too. My husband really enjoyed how close it is to water and it gave him and Bailey (dog) some nice walks. This isn’t a place for partying but it’s awesome for relaxing. 'We had a great stay here! The check in was clear and obvious, everyone was responsive and helped with the minimal questions we did have and the place was incredible. The waterfront view is beautiful and we got great sunsets every night. The house had everything we needed and my fiancé even liked the bed so much she’s thinking of replacing ours at home! Would recommend and would stay again. '

'I unfortunately got to the property after dark and mistook their house for the tiny home, but Dan came right out and showed me around despite it being dark out! Very sweet of them! I loved staying there and wish I booked the whole week, I will definitely be back!!'

'We had a wonderful stay at this quaint and quiet tiny house in Bar Harbor. The accommodations were exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. Although we did not use the fire pit, that would be a nice addition to the cool Fall night. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable, and the hot shower was a welcome treat after a day of exploring Acadia. It was the perfect peaceful retreat and just what we were hoping for. 'I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property, and about our host! We visited with two kids and a dog and every single one of us loved our visit.The cottage has many modern comforts (really quick wifi -- we worked remotely part of the week, smart tvs, appliances in wonderful condition, really hot water) just feet from Toddy Pond. All four of us enjoyed running out to the dock to fish in the mornings. We caught gigantic sunfish, many largemouth bass (one 16") from the dock, and even...

'The house and grounds were very private. located overlooking a quiet lake. Although neighboring houses were in reasonably close proximity, the area was very quiet. The house was well stocked and comfortable for the two of us.. Opportunity was available for both indoor and outdoor dining. "Honestly, we really wanted to give a 5 star review, just because Marc was such a great host. But all in all our experience was a bit disappointing - considering what we paid. We had booked a cottage but it was actually a room in a cottage with several other rooms in it. The room itself did not offer the right value for money. It was clean and the bed was great, but everything else felt and looked tired and worn. The curtains looked like they hadn't been replaced since the 90s. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. There was a coffee maker but no condiments to go with it. Camden is a charming place to stay and the High Tide Inn is right on the ocean shore, which probably explains the rates. But if Marc wants to make this place work, he needs to do some work on the place. "
