'This is a nice quiet hotel with a pool, which is hard to find in Avalon. It is very clean and great amenities It has a very convenient shuttle to downtown, and to the heliport and the ferry station. The very friendly drivers make a round every 15 minutes. I do wish that the hotel had full length mirrors their rooms. The restaurant on the grounds is NOT run by the hotel, but by a private company. 'A wonderful gem to find last minute. Better than expected, as I appreciated how close I would be to the front street but I was pleasantly surprised at the value of the room even though the price was lower than other hotels. I was in rm 212. It was clean and a great size. The bathroom had a lovely skylight too. 'Toen ik wilde inchecken om 1915 was er helaas niemand aanwezig. Na het bellen van het nummer werd ik 10 minuten later geholpen door twee hele aardige en behulpzame mensen. Ik kreeg een kamer upgrade, kingsize met balkon. Een ruime en schone kamer. Hotel ligt op een fijne centrale plek in Avalon met alle voorzieningen op loopafstand. '
