'Toen ik wilde inchecken om 1915 was er helaas niemand aanwezig. Na het bellen van het nummer werd ik 10 minuten later geholpen door twee hele aardige en behulpzame mensen. Ik kreeg een kamer upgrade, kingsize met balkon. Een ruime en schone kamer. Hotel ligt op een fijne centrale plek in Avalon met alle voorzieningen op loopafstand. '

'Little to like about this hotel. We got there at 2 and asked about early check in. We were told no, so we sat outside. At 2:45, another couple walked up and were let in. The lady at reception knew we were there waiting and for whatever reason didn’t bother to tell us the room was ready. While we were waiting, someone checking out was complaining about the TV not working in her room. When we had the same complaint, the lady in reception had her feet up on the desk and said, thats how it was when...

'I'd stay again to save money but not to treat myself. It's a great property that has hosted probably tens of thousands of people if not hundreds of thousands, but it is well past its day and needs a big boost, but I don't know if logistically enough money comes in to give the boost that it needs.'
