'This is my go to for respite when visiting Avalon and Catalina. The rooms are cozy and clean. However, if are traveling with heavy luggage or have mobility issues I recommend other accommodations. The property contains no elevators or ADA specifications. No continental breakfast but there are propane grills throughout the property. Close to main attractions and local Vons.'
