'Housekeeping was a real downer, from start to finish we were totally unhappy with the way our room was being serviced. Dirty toilet, beds half made, no soap in the shower dispenser, just basically bad. We always leave a nice tip to the housekeeping, not on this place. BW has really went downhill on the rooms. We won’t be back. Just my opinion.'

'I booked my friend a two-night stay at the Best Western in Gold Canyon, Arizona, in October 2026. During his stay, smoke abruptly filled a hallway. He went to the front desk to report it, but the clerk, busy with another customer, dismissed him until he repeatedly stated there was a fire. Only then did she investigate. 'Close to the airport. Staff very attentive. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Left early for airport, didn't have breakfast'

'Always love to stay at this hotel. Staff is wonderful and very helpful.'

'Very nice and clean'

'INDUSTRIAL HOTEL. I suppose it is perfect for the right traveler. I didn't realize there would be literally no carpet anywhere. Door locks everywhere , one to get into lobby, another to pass through into a tual hallway, it was a little strange. One reason I stayed here was because there was EV charging in back. Turns out the charger cost MORE than a Tesla Supercharger and not fast. Ended up not charging here at all. It was fine, but didn't love it. Will try to pick another place next time.'

'This place was great! We had a lovely, comfortable stay here for my friend’s wedding. The front desk staff was lovely, as were the housekeeping staff. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I would stay here again!'

'Very comfortable and it had everything I needed to make breakfast and get a good night rest.'

'Staff was very helpful and breakfast was a nice touch'

'Lack of parking is so inconvenient. Had to park in a lot so far away, called for cart rides. Took far too long waiting. Packing luggage twice as much. Not good at all.'
