Loved the bar at night and the complimentary breakfast was much better than expected. Zero complaints, the staff were friendly and everything was perfect. The hotel has a glamorous feel at a budget friendly price. '

'Overgeprijst hotel. Des Moines downtown stelt niets voor. Straten zijn na 18.00 uitgestorven. Voor wat betreft de services die je krijgt ligt de prijs van dit hotel 25% te hoog. Persoonlijke ervaring: mijn boeking was inclusief ontbijt, op de eindafrekening stond toch het ontbijt afgerekend. Tot op dit moment geen reactie hierop gekregen van het hotel. Zou er niet meer naar toe gaan. Tip: probeer een hotel in West Demoins te vinden. Meer levendigheid en met auto is centrum makkelijk binnen 15...
