'Excellent staff and check in was great. We have 2 dogs so the staff really helped us in upgrading our room. The lobby and breakfast areas are very nice. The rooms are ok except the bathroom needs attention as there is chipped paint and the toilet ran continuously in Room 415. We did inform the staff. The beds are very comfortable and shower was great. Overall excellent experience.'
