'This property was just perfect for my husband and I who were in town for a wedding. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood on the outer edge of the charming town of Franklin, which holds many delicious restaurants and fun shopping venues. The host was super helpful and kind!'

'We liked everything about the apartment. The location on the river is great and everything was clean ans as advertised. I only have 2 suggestions, keep the chairs by the fire pit wiped off (they were dirty and had bird poop on them) spend a little money to have the gravel driveway smoothed out! The bumps are terrible and hard to navigate, especially in a small car.Otherwise, all good stuff here.'

'The house is cute, in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to park out front, easy to find. Excellent breakfast options nearby and quick, easy access to downtown. The bed was comfy, breakfast nook had everything we needed plus a few drinks and snacks (thanks y'all!). Bathroom was spacious. Would stay again. '

'Mandy, the owner of the property was so kind. We arrived when they were having a very important celebration with friends to celebrate a successful cancer treatment! They invited us to enjoy a glass of wine and helped us navigate how to park during the party. It was a pleasure meeting Mandy and all of the friends. They were a lovely group of people. "Really nice location just outside downtown. It's just a 15/20 walk to Broadway. The hotel itself is a little bit outdated. When we were there, new beds and carpet was there so I guess they're upgrade, the rooms. It's pretty clean, but it smells old. Breakfast is just average for this kind of hotel. Staff can be more friendly. But after all, a good stay! "

"The room was clean and the beds were amazing! The location could not been better. Breakfast was ok. Only thing that was a bit too bad was that we were at the end of a long hallway and it was late in the afternoon before they came to clean our room. Like around 5:00 pm, but most of the days we would be there to get ready for dinner so super inconvenient…"
