'The manager Brittany was amazing. My mom had a crown fall in the sink and we asked her to get the maintenance guy- she said that unfortunately they don’t come to work u til night time (it was 8a. When I approached her ). Within an hour she had called in the maintenance guy and he got u to sink and found the tooth !!!!!! 'We verbleven in een ocean view kamer aan het strand. Locatie en uitzicht waren super. Kamer netjes en schoon. Ietwat gedateerd maar past bij het geheel. Ontbijt was ok. '

'Checked in for an apartment unit at front desk. To get a parking pass, they tried to get me to sign up for an 90 min presentation for the timeshare. You are able to bypass that if you stick to it! Upon entering the unit though, the musty smell hits you as soon as you enter. Also unit didn’t have a stove in it like advertised. Went to Publix for a few things to have for the next day. Came back in to find a bed bug in the pull out couch!! I took the bed bug up to front desk wrapped in paper towel....

'Staff was good and breakfast was quite complete. It was all a bit dated. Hallways and floors, just need refurbishing. It was clean. It just wasn't in good shape. Also the poor night staff had to run front desk, shop, and do guest service runs.'
