Communication was excellent all the way from when I booked, checked in and checked out, checkin/checkout was smooth, the house includes everything that is needed for a week of baseball/Cooperstown or just a getaway. Traveled with 3 adults but there is plenty of room for more. '

'Perfect location for families with kids playing at Dreams Park. We rented this house with 4 other families which worked out well. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Nice front porch and large backyard space with above ground pool. There are 2 sections to the house and we were split but it worked out just fine. 'Wow!!! What an amazing home and amazing views. The views are spectacular at anytime of day/night!! I highly recommend this house. We stayed here with family and friends and watched our boys play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The drive is a beautiful 20 minute drive to the park. There’s a nearby grocery store, awesome deli with amazing employees, a Dunkin Donut that we went to all the time. 'Pros: the layout of this house plus the location was perfect for our Cooperstown ASV week. It’s a beautiful house with some great upgrades. The huge deck and backyard made for a great team bbq.Cons: I’d say the only real con was the AC didn’t work great upstairs, so on the really hot days the temp difference between down and up was pretty rough.On the whole - we all had a fabulous time and really enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely recommend this house for future CASV families and any others...

'While in town attending Suny Cobleskill graduation, we were looking for a property nearby. This farmhouse fit the bill. It was neaty decorated and the host was very gracious in leaving some treats for us at check in. There were plenty of beds to sleep my whole family.'
