'Is not a good hotel for handicapped. Parking is too far from hotel except for two spots on the side of the hotel which the staff did not provide that information when checking in. Front desk staff need to be trained in customer service and at least fake being caring and concerned. They need training in billing. I was billed twice and I paid through Expedia. 'Unique stay in walkable part of San Diego. Very refreshing change from the typical box of a room offered by chains. Excellent, personal check-in experience. Clean, spacious room with expected amenities. Simple check-out process. Tasty scones for breakfast.'
