'Everything about this property was beautiful. It had everyone was comfortable and had a great time. We had everything we needed and stores/restaurants were close by. The only thing we had trouble with was getting the TV to play sound in the bedroom. But that was too big of a deal. Thank you and we will use property again if we return to Chicago. '

We had a small maintenance problem and literally within 2 minutes of reporting it, a maintenance employee was at our door and immediately fixed it. It is also very convenient when you want to go into the city as train access is very close by. The property is very clean and comfortable for a family and you can rest assured that the property manager is going to be quick and responsive with whatever you need before or during your trip.
