He provided lots of information and his place was less than 10 minutes walking distance to Bourbon street and maybe 20 minutes to the waterfront His apartment was very clean and perfect for our party of 3 '

'Great location, two blocks from the St Charles streetcar line that takes you straight to Canal and Bourbon Street. We had plenty of room for the six of us, lots of towels and everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms.The air conditioning didn't seem to be working, and the windows didn't open, so it was pretty warm. 'The space is adequat in size, however there is only a single window in the combination LR/DR/Kitchen area. The bedroom have no windows. The space is clean, but rather musty, window had to be kept open to air it out. The picture of the rental unit shared was not representative of the space, in that it showed a balcony including a door leading to the balcony within living area. This was not included in the unit rented. The hall way entry to the elevator needs sprucing up, it is rather grubby....

'Excellent location and a very nice unit, but unfortunately we had another family walk in on us one day while we were relaxing due to an error on the owners behalf. I have never had this happen before. This left an unsettling feeling for the rest of the trip and certainly got that family off on the wrong foot. Unfortunately this is why I cannot givr the place more than 3 stars. Hopefully this gets corrected. '

'We really enjoyed the location which was one block from the streetcar stop. We could go one direction to the French Quarter and the other to the Garden District. The space is great for a family. Unfortunately, the beds are quite uncomfortable and the furnishings aren't adequate for the number of people it can accommodate. For example, it sleeps 6 but only 4 can sit in the living room.'

You will be required to give more information to property management before they actually confirm reservation. VRBO confirmed, but then I get a text a day after I made VRBO reservations to send my drivers license front and back to another company other than VRBO. I have never had anyone ask that on VRBO,...

'Responsive host. Ideal location to many activities. Easy check in and out. Comfortable king size bed. Large windows and light made the space wonderful. I would recommend this place to family and friends. '
