'Property managers never returned calls. Never returned messages or provided check-in instructions. When we arrived at night with my son, they still did not answer and then, after 25 calls, they answered and said it was canceled that morning. We booked one month out and we were confirmed. I travel all the time. Worst experience of my life with any business, especially a “hospitality” business.'

'The interior of the property was as described. It was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was great, has new appliances, etc. We had no problems with check-in. Inside, things were great. Outside, things were less than great. The building that this apartment is in is located on a street that is more industrial than residential. The street is dirty with several broken down cars taking up a majority of the parking. We had to park quite a distance away. The morning we checked out we had to step...

'This is one of the best rentals I have experienced, probably since I began using these types of services. The host communicated quickly (even on Sunday) and didn't have a bunch of fluff to make check in or check out frustrating. If I am in the Baltimore area again, I will definitely rent from this host. Access to food, entertainment and shopping. What more could you need, thank you!'

'Horrible experience !!! The property didnot sent any reminder email to us, eventhough we transferred 5 nights advance money to property via expedia, while we missed to contact them 72 hr before. When we reached the front desk on the day of booking, we came to know that the property is rebooked by other party and we have to book another hotel in hurry. Surprisely, when we asked about refund, property owner refused to give us any refund of 5 nights mentioning that "why we missed to contact them 72...

'It’s a cozy, clean, and cute apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much and the location is wonderful…within walking distance of all the restaurants and attractions you could want.'

'Where do I start? I've used VRBO all over the world & never had a problem. First, the listing said to call 48 hours ahead of trip to "register". Tried 5X, no answer, texted a few times, nothing. So we show up to the property & the address looks nothing like the pics & still no answer from host on how to get inside. I then call VRBO customer service, who contacted the host. Host calls me & says she got my "nasty" voice mail & to deal with customer service. By this time we've been outside for over...

'A clean, well-organized room equipped with all the essential kitchen amenities. Great!'

'Im 100% sure this was a scam. I booked this back on may 5th for july 10th-13th I get there i cant get in contact with the owner Lorraine Jacobs i called multiple times left voicemails she NEVER reached out to me. Got in contact with the property manager Derrick but he couldn't find my reservation. Its an apartment NOT a hotel. The person at the front desk said this isnt the 1st time this happned with the Lorraine Jacobs lady. I had to spend a extra $400+ dollars just to find somewhere else to...

'Cute little apartment, clean and cozy. Be mindful there are a couple flights of narrow stairs to apt. Within walking distance of a few places to eat.'

'The property was in a great location! We loved our stay,'

'The place was clean and check in was seamless. It is a very basic, no frills apartment. The kitchen has very basic items. Not very conducive for cooking much. The bed was comfortable. I would recommend it for anyone needing a place to sleep but not too hang out in.'

'Location was ideal for our visit to watch the Phillies play the Orioles. We literally had to walk down the street and cross the road to reach the ballpark - a literal 3 minute walk. Accommodations we're as advertised and more than adequate for our family of three. We would highly recommend!'
