'AVOID! I have never had such a poor experience. I opened my room door and saw several bugs crawling on the floor and the walls. The top cover on the bed was clean, but the linens underneath were dirty and the mattress was stained. The room was nominally non-smoking but clearly smelled of cigarettes. I immediately turned around, turned my key in, and left. For what it's worth the staff did give me a full refund with little discussion.'

'I felt deceived be Expedia giving this sight a 9.2 rating. The room was very small and the sight was nothing fancy. We had an old time bed spread my grandma might have put on her bed. I’m in transition while I sell my house in Front Royal so I have been in many hotels. This one is more like a 6 or 7. I paid more for this room only because of the rating you gave it. I could have saved a lot by choosing a hotel with a 6 rating and would have been just as happy.'

'They charged an extra $4 beyond the Expedia site quoted pay-at-hotel $8 additional fee . So the extra fee at the hotel is actually $12, not $8. False advertising!'
