'A beautiful, well maintained, colorful and comfortable home. Looks like a home thatis loved and well cared for. Gormet kitchen, with all the bells and whistles. The screened in porch is a place to spend hours, and the decks are so well positioned to capture the views. The dock was also a hit. I am already dreaming of returning.'

'We had a wonderful week staying here, the place was clean, quiet, and had plenty of amenities. The fire pit was a staple in our stay, we used it a few times and had a blast. This place had everything we could've needed. If I had to critique anything, it would be the weird way the kitchen door/main side entrance functioned. 'We were only 5 minutes from our reunion. Texts from property contact were specific sp we did not need to contact them about anything. The whole property is beautiful. There was lots of wildlife to enjoy. The only advice is bring all groceries. There is not a nearby store.'

'This is a very comfortable, quiet, and clean home, easily accessible by GPS. Great for our family of 6 with plenty of room and the home is stocked with essentials and conveniences (books, games, extra air mattress, crib, booster seat, etc.) Would definitely stay again for a get away to Berkeley Springs.'

'We had a wonderful stay! Deb provided very thorough instructions and information about the area, was very responsive, and the house was just lovely. Easy check in and check out, with *no* list of cleaning or other check out requirements. The pool is fantastic, with a great covered patio for those not in the pool. Well supplied kitchen, and plenty of bath towels and toiletries. All in all, one of our favorite stays!'

'What a nice, history rich house to stay in. You can tell it has old bones but has been maintained and is full of character. Loved the relaxing setting with the river running around the house.
