'Had a one night stay with children.Rooms were spacious we had 2 family rooms Linnen was clean and fresh.Bathroom was clean all beit a bit dated. The staff make this place great everyone was very helpful nothing was too much trouble.We had dinner and breakfast and we were all coeliac they had options for choice The price was very budget friendly. Great budget stay in good location'

'This is not a 4star hotel as described, it’s just a tired old pub that has some accommodation. The ‘deluxe’room that we had booked had stained carpets,sofa and cushions and was very basic. The two small bath towels and one hand towel provided were frayed. The menu is very basic in the pub. I had a pizza that was inedible as it tasted mouldy and looked horrible.
