'We spent three nights here and had a great experience overall. The hotel itself is very nice, and the location is an absolute A+. Everything we wanted to do was within easy reach. The front desk and bar staff were amazing, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The valet team also did a great job, especially with their QR code retrieval system, which made getting the car quick and seamless. 'Very frustrating! After I reserved through Hotels.com the communication started coming about all of the things they needed, forms filled out, copy of license, a selfie! Lots of add ons, too-if you want early check in, pay $up front in case some little thing goes wrong (or a large deposit). No check in instructions until right before check in when we were given codes and a map, but our room number was not on the map. Spent 45 minutes wondering around looking for the unit. All for a 15 hour stay....
