'Most of the staff were kind and quick to help. But there were issues. The suite we were given at first did not have the sofa bed we were expecting. The staff quickly sent a cot, which was fine. Then we discovered it had a terrible urine smell in the bedroom closet. The door of the closet would not close properly so we could not block it. The staff arranged for us to move to another suite.
