'Nice location'

'The room was filthy. There was chunks of mud on the floor. The shower had hair left in it. My son and I refused to walk around without shoes. There was a broken outlet right by the bed so we weren’t able to charge our phones. In the morning, starting at 9am we got knocks from housekeeping repeatedly until finally after the 4th occurrence I opened the door in my pajamas. Nothing was landscaped and the windows were unlocked.'

'Everything was very nice. Everyone was very pleasant. The only thing I will say unfortunately the screen on our sliding door blew off during the windstorm we were there the weekend. It was very foggy about a week ago, and when you walked in to the building the hallway kind of reminded me of a con bless in Home smell in our room was a very musty smell, but otherwise the day was fine. 'We absolutely loved our stay at the Rockland Talbot House. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very, very comfortable. The property is a beautiful, well kept house from the 1800's with lots of character and original pieces. The Inn has a wonderful coffee machine with hot lattes, cereal, oatmeal, muffins and other pastries for breakfast as well as fresh fruit, juices and yogurt. 'The cottage is cute with a great view of the lake. Quiet and peaceful yet convenient to town. Plenty to see and do in the area. We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend staying here!'
