'The Great: The views were breathtaking. The apartment is bigger than my 3 bedroom house. Full amenities, so was just like being home. The pool was superb, and the access to the beach was amazing. Suggestions: Notification in the room that the laundry room provides beach towels, coffee, water, other necessities and that there are beach chairs available for use and their location. Either have the gas grills be gas or get actual charcoal grills. The only drawback: The beds are too soft, and...

'Very clean. Short walk to the beach. A lot of beach extras provided. Host responded quickly to questions.'

'A nice area and place to stay. The only down sides were the noisy neighbors in the other unit kept us awake all night. The bed in the other unit needs moved away from the adjoining wall. The back deck also needs replaced because the termites from it are starting to flood into the house pretty bad in the kitchen area. Seems they were coming through under the sliding door. Aside from those 2 things, it really was a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and functional. Very close to the beach too!'

'For a “studio” condo this unit is very roomy. Everything we needed was available upon arrival. The communication for entry and parking was seamless and we experienced no issues. Our favorite spot on the beach was moments away. With the unit at the back side of the building, you will hear the comings and goings of the City trash collection. But if you are an early riser you won’t be affected and it wansn’t enough of an issue to keep me from booking again. '

'We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was amazing and it was clean and updated. My only complaints would be to get a new carpet b/c the one they had looked very dirty and old, the shower pressure hurt it was so strong, and the light in the kids room didn't work. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!!'
