'This is an older hotel; and offers a full kitchen. The bedding and linens are very basic (Dollar store quality), nothing like a modern hotel. The location is spot on; you can easily walk across the street to the beach. The beach is quieter than the section near the bigger hotels in St. Pete; we enjoyed it. I would recommend this location, just bring your own towels. '

'PERFECT LOCATION! The room is very spacious and newly remodeled. Very nice deck upstairs with plenty of seating. Bathroom is small and shower is very tiny. If they changed shower head to a rain shower head it would probably be much better. We had a few minor issues but Jake was very responsive and all was taken care of quickly. We would definitely stay again. Does have street parking, we had no problem getting a spot but certain times of the year parking could be problematic. Hurricane...

Couldn’t ask for a better location, so nice to be able to bring our dog! the booking process and communicating with the property manager is seamless. Really enjoyed the Paddle boards and kayaks. My husband shark fishes at night, I lounge on the beach all day. 100% great time.'

'This place had almost everything I wanted. The location is amazing, right across the street from the best beach I went to in the area. The room had everything I needed. A nice man, who was working on the property when I arrived, found me a bag of ice. So appreciated. I needed to ask the property owner about incorrect WiFi info and was able to reach him immediately. Problem solved. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the bathroom was amazing. The water pressure in the shower was great...

'The staff was very accommodating, especially Anita and Valerie. There was a situation upon arrival that they quickly remedied. The room was fantastic with a great view east for the sunrise and west for the sunset. The beach was easily accessible and the pool was very clean. I would recommend this room to anyone.
