'This two bedroom unit in the Surf n Sand had everything our family of four needed for our stay in Clearwater Beach. The kitchen was well supplied and the living/dining area was spacious. We loved being able to enjoy outdoor spaces (tables and pool) with a water view on the quiet side of the island. The decor and furnishings were simple with a retro modern feel. My only suggestion would be to add more hooks for hanging towels (and wet bathing suits). '

'Our family comes for vacation and stays at a large resort close by and it is too much noise and people for us, so, being local to the Tampa area, we opted for a less expensive, off the main street, and found this cute little place .4 miles away. The bathroom is a little dingy and old and the place can use a paint job, but it was really quiet and right on the channel. There is even a "watch out for manatees" sign at the end of the dock. And the cutest birds in the trees. We would definitely stay...

'The public beach is a minutes walk from here which was awesome. It was nice there are some chairs and umbrellas for you to borrow. Room was very clean and adequate for my needs. There's a great restaurant next to the property which was very convenient. '

'Communication with the host, Vicky, is amazing. The condo is exactly as described. (If not better!) If you are a first timer to this location, you will love it and want to book again. It’s an easy walk to John’s Pass, the beach, live music, boat tours, shopping, and plenty of food places. You can’t beat the view. From time to time there will be up to four charter fishing boats in the water right outside your door. It’s fun to watch them get ready to go out and return from a trip. I have battled...
