We had my parents (in their 70s) with us, so we each had our own room. The kitchen pots, pans and utensils looked practically new, the house was spotless, living room couch extremely comfortable ...and memory foam mattresses! Responses/communication were super fast! 'We were in town for a soccer tournament and enjoyed being 12 min from Joyce and Optimist fields plus having great food options in downtown Hamilton. Suggest The Fringe for coffee, and Basil 1791 for dinner. The house was as pictured. Loft bedroom upstairs with sitting nook and full bath with shower. Downstairs is kitchen, living room and half bath with laundry. We did not cook, but certainly could have with the adequate equipment and utensils provided. Appreciated the extra sheets and bedding....
