'The location was easy to find using google maps. It was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much. It's a short distance to downtown Durango. It had everything we needed. Friendly owner and easy process. Beautiful view. Will definitely be coming back. '

'Our family of five LOVED staying here. The property was lovely and the location couldn't have been better. Just a five minute walk to downtown, 7 minutes to the hot springs and 5 minutes to the Doc Holiday trailhead. Killer roof deck porch with great views of the mountains.The only note we have is that we did not know there are two flights of stairs leading into the apartment. Not a problem for us, but it could be for anyone that is mobility impaired.We will definitely try to stay here again on...

'Cozy and home like. Beautiful relaxing setting right on the river. Well equipped home. Great yard space for playing with children, eating outdoors or just relaxing by their er Management company was very helpful and quick to respond. My only constructive comment is that the second bedroom has minimal bureau space. Maybe some shelving in the large closet would be helpful. We will definitely stay there again when we return to the area. '

'This place is wonderful! The 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms were great to have. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook in, but being so close to Main Street allowed us to walk to restaurants and shops. Jamie was communicative and welcoming. 'We stayed for a few days in the summer and found the location to be central to everything which was great with 2 kids. Apartment was clean and kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The apartment is on the third floor accessible from stairs outside from the alley. Also note the bedroom windows face the alley so having them open in the summer at night was noisy. All considered we liked our stay and would consider staying again. '

"Tijdens onze roadtrip door Colorado in juni 2025 zijn we hier 1 nacht geweest en dat is redelijk bevallen. 6 jaar geleden waren we hier voor het eerst geweest (toen prima) en nu dus weer, maar de staat van de locatie is wel ERG achteruit gegaan in die 6 jaren. De kamers zijn mooi groot, maar de kamer was erg slecht schoongemaakt. De chips en m&m's van de vorige gasten lagen nog in de kamer. Pluspunt: de bedden zijn wel erg fijn. Ontbijt was ok, niet bijzonder. Het onderhoud van het pand is wel slecht, vooral het zwembad en de algemene ruimtes en lift zijn toe aan onderhoud. De locatie is prima, aan de snelweg, maar ook redelijk dicht bij de mall van Grand Junction. Er is een groot buiten zwembad met een hottub, maar de staat daarvan is erg slecht. Wij zouden een volgende keer niet terugkomen en uitkijken naar iets beters!"
