'This place was a GEM for our family trip to the Dallas area. Our group was 7 adults. The rooms were exactly as described in the listing, and there was plenty of space for all uf us to be comfortable. The property was a new construction duplex, two-story, and it is furnished with simple and modern decor/furniture. The kitchen had nice new appliances. 'We had a great experience. Property managers were very punctual in communication and helpful when needed. The property could have been a bit cleaner. The frying pans were put away dirty, the drawers had crumbs in them ect.. But, the majority was clean and comfortable.
