'We had a wonderful time at this property ! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and we used the grill a lot. The pool was so relaxing and they even cleaned it twice while we were there. The beds were AMAZING - so comfortable. The other thing I was so impressed by was the communication. 'I stayed here for a (mellow) bachelorette party and it was a great time! The house is a walk from the beach but a pretty short/cheap uber from downtown so overall the location was perfect for us. The house is much bigger than we expected and had everything we needed. The rules may seem scary but the property manager told us they were just because of some really bad guests that the host had at one point, as long as you’re respectful of his property you won’t have an issue.
