'I love this boutique hotel the front staff, especially Devon were amazing! The only thing I was disappointed in is our room wasn’t cleaned due to us being in it when she came by but other than that, it was fantastic'

'I've stayed at the Del several times, Beach House, the Views and now Shore House. People above us were partying hard. I'm not one to call in a noisy complaint, but the racket kept us up til 1am, even with 2 calls to the front desk. They comped us 2 days valet. Should have comped us the night IMHO.'

'Beach was amazing, but the hotel failed us. The room above us was unbelievably loud for hours — running, pounding, even decor shaking. We called twice and nothing happened. Front desk refused a refund the next morning. For $$$$ a night, any other hotel would have made it right. Between the parking fees, resort fees, and $100 breakfasts, this place is all upcharge and no accountability'

'On July 3, we did not get our coffees. Decided to stay there at the hotel for the convenience the service at Cays lounge was beyond terrible on Fourth of July. We got a table nobody ever came to clean up. I had to flip over the table cover because the other family that was there had used it up lots of food stains, etc. they ran out of food so I had to re-order and I never received my food. My family ate, and I was left hungry because my food never arrived, nor did anyone bother to check in a...
