'Arranged pick up from SJD via the Hilton, flawless. Check in was easy- room was ready even though we are got here around 12:30. That was super nice! The room was great. Ocean Front, 2 beds, big balcony and a really nice bathroom w shower and tub. Pools were the best I have ever experienced. Keep in my I have two kids under ten. Huge infinity pool with a great view . Kids pool was great too but spent most of our pool time at the main pool. The beach is amazing; they have a nice man made...

"Fantastic stay however, we were in Garza Blanca Cancun and we found that the layout, breakfast hall (breakfast in general) was overall much better.. more option and better set-up. The up keep of the whole hotel is very well kept however once again we are comparing it to the Cancun one and it is slightly out-dated (the furniture, style) is abit old. But the staff were great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our Conceige lady named Sam was amazing! Nothing was too big nor small for her to help us with."

"This resort is amazing! The staff, the decor, the grounds, the view and above all the FOOD! Rooms are spacious, quiet and clean, with nice amenities and tons of fresh towels every day. There are several a la carte restaurants throughout the resort, and in its sister hotel in Cabo San Lucas that are part of the All Inclusive arrangement. The service is outstanding, with super friendly personnel, from bellboys and concierge, to waiters and waitresses, cleaners, gardeners, everyone is friendly and helpful. The resort is huge, with residences, time-shares and hotel rooms, several pools (two swim-up bars in infinity pools) but no sandy beach. Not a problem for me, as there are sunbeds right on the sea front. Not a party place, with mostly US and Canadian guests over 45+ or couples with very young children. It might have been the time of the year, though. Highly recommended, for a relaxing and pampered vacation! Surely would return!"
