'Fantastic stay however, we were in Garza Blanca Cancun and we found that the layout, breakfast hall (breakfast in general) was overall much better.. more option and better set-up. The up keep of the whole hotel is very well kept however once again we are comparing it to the Cancun one and it is slightly out-dated (the furniture, style) is abit old. But the staff were great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our Conceige lady named Sam was amazing! Nothing was too big nor small for her to help us...

'This resort was beautiful, the staff was incredibly sweet and the food was amazing. From the moment you pull up to the property the view is breathtaking. The lobby is beautifully designed to showcase the ocean view. Check in was seamless. The property is clean and well maintained. The rooms and nice and clean as well. The multiple pools throughout the property are clean and expansive. The only thing I will mention is that the pool chairs go quickly so reserve them when you can. The pool side...

'It was a beautiful resort. The food was really good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience. The only downside was the waterslide policy, which was very frustrating. We had older kids who are strong swimmers, but parents were still required to stand at the slide and supervise them the entire time. If you're planning to let your kids use the waterslide, be aware that you won't be able to sit back and relax, you'll need to stay there with them the entire time....

'GREAT Property and AMAZING STAFF. However, I do have to note two things that give me pause on going back there (at least when it is super hot). 1) The beach is rough and not great to swim in. Now, bear with me, this is only important because of point 2) the pool is a bathtub. The water was so hot by the end of the day it was almost uncomfortable. NOW, again, this is literally the only downside to this, frankly, amazing resort but I have to make it known to other travelers. To the resort...

'From the beginning to the end of our trip, everything was amazing. My concierge Santiago was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. The kids club was by far the best part. Yuli, Caro, Florencia and everyone was so amazing my son had such a great time he begged to come back the following day even ran there right after breakfast. Hands down wonderful hotel. I will definitely be coming back. And the food was by far the best for any all inclusive I’ve stayed at in the area!'
