'Fantastic stay however, we were in Garza Blanca Cancun and we found that the layout, breakfast hall (breakfast in general) was overall much better.. more option and better set-up. The up keep of the whole hotel is very well kept however once again we are comparing it to the Cancun one and it is slightly out-dated (the furniture, style) is abit old. But the staff were great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our Conceige lady named Sam was amazing! Nothing was too big nor small for her to help us...

'The rooms were quite decent. The staff was really good, especially at the principal the main pool both the Jesus bartenders and Edwardo. They were so friendly and they pour really good drinks. I think the restaurants had amazing food every restaurant that we tried basically had the best quality food, and the best part there wasn’t a lot of waiting as well.'

'GREAT Property and AMAZING STAFF. However, I do have to note two things that give me pause on going back there (at least when it is super hot). 1) The beach is rough and not great to swim in. Now, bear with me, this is only important because of point 2) the pool is a bathtub. The water was so hot by the end of the day it was almost uncomfortable. NOW, again, this is literally the only downside to this, frankly, amazing resort but I have to make it known to other travelers. To the resort...

El Kids Club fue excelente para mis hijas. Karla, Caro, Yami y las demás chicas del staff fueron muy amables y amorosas. Me gusto mucho la sesión de sound healing frente al mar a cargo de Ivan.'
